Have you tried Princeton Homebrew? They might ship it to you.

It's too hot right now, they won't ship.  And there are out of ECY at the moment.  They usually notify by google groups &/or facebook when a new ECY batch comes in.  They rarely last half a day.  But, Princeton Homebrew is the place to acquire the yeast from.
