I'm going to be doing several SMASH brews. The first round is going to be:
3lb American 2-Row, 1/8th oz Cascade at 60 mins, 1/8 oz at 20 mins.
3lb Marris Otter, 1/8th oz Cascade at 60 mins, 1/8 oz at 20 mins.
3lb Munich Malt, 1/8th oz Cascade at 60 mins, 1/8 oz at 20 mins.
2lb German Pils, 1/8th oz Cascade at 60 mins, 1/8 oz at 20 mins.
I'm only doing 2lbs with the Pils because hopville game me an estimated OG of 1.100 with 3lbs, whereas the rest were about 1.060.
Yeast will be Safale US-05.
I'll be doing about 1.5 Gal of each, BIAB.
Anything you would change? If all goes well here I'll move on to keeping the malt the same and changing the hops, then keeping the malt and hops the same and changing the yeast.
