Any particular reason the ticketmaster is unable to process ticket orders for the GABF at this time?  Very frustrating!!!

Same troubles here....supposedly they're "working on it" and hope to have it fixed "soon"

Phone system is a no go because it's only set up for the public sales

Me and my brother are buying separately and we both have the problem. He's got through to the customer service rep, but I just get a busy signal......

Are you seeing the same behavior I am?  The site lets me select tickets; it's when I try to submit all my payment information that it says "There are problems with your submission".

It would be nice to hear something "official" from the aha on this matter.

Just talked with Ticketmaster customer care.  They claim there is a known issue and are working with AHA to fix it.  ETA is 30 mins.  Useless...!

glad to see everyone else is having this problem too.  their "live chat" is closed today and their phone line is busy.  sounds like a lot of angry beer drinkers!

Yeah, had the same problem. Kept telling me to check the box at the bottom of the page...which I did to no avail. Actually got through on my iPhone to purchase them, not sure if the mobile site was different, but apparently it is. Try it out

I guess people purchase through mobile aren't getting prompted for their member ID.  I see an issue coming in the near future.

After a call to Ticketmaster saying I'd get a call back (never happened) I got in too. But not before calling the AHA to say "uh, TICKETHORSE guys". I've had plenty of problems over the years with Ticketmaster, never any with TicketHorse. Lower fees, better customer service, e-tickets instantly.
