« on: August 19, 2012, 02:54:43 pm »
Ok, so I'll outright admit that I'm a homebrewing newb.  Has anyone had any problems (flavor or otherwise) using an aluminum stock pot for your boil?

Not here. I have been using a aluminum turkey fryer pot for all my batches so far.

No problem at all.  The first few ribbons I won were for beer made in an AL kettle.
