Can you take a look at my Brown ale please?

So I'm trying to save a lot of money on this batch by using ingredients that I already have. I'm still going to try and stick as close to BJCP guidelines as I can though.

Northern English Brown Ale

Grist
  • 7lbs American2-Row
  • 2lbs Munich Malt 10L
  • .5 lb Caramel 40
  • .5lb Victory
  • .25lb Chocolate Malt

Hops
  • 1oz Fuggle @ 60min
  • .5oz Fuggle @20min
  • .5oz Fuggle @ 5 mins

Yeast
Safale- 04; Reusing 1/3 of a yeast cake from a currently fermenting amber.

I'm afraid that might be too much chocolate malt. What do you think?

I don't think the chocolate addition will adversely affect the flavor profile you're aiming for. However, if you want a restrained chocolate malt character in the beer, add the chocolate during the sparge.  This will allow for color and minimal chocolate malt flavor.
