That's just it, I didn't rehydrate this time, either. But, that's the beauty of pantless brewing. 24 hour + lag, and I was cool as a cucumber.  ;D

That would be "seat of pants" brewing...pantless brewing, to me, is drinking too heavily whilst brewing.
