Made these for our board meeting the other week. No pictures, I was too busy eating!

Looks like a chicken pollo recipe with out the liquid. very nice our club should do that! Better yet the brew pub will make it for us!

I poached the chicken well ahead of time to allow it time to sit and absorb some of the boiled and strained brine.

And gmac, as a rule - all of our board meetings have dinner. We'd be useless without it!
