« on: October 06, 2012, 10:05:55 pm »
I finally finished another article for the wiki. This time it’s about the use of a microscope in brewing and it covers:

-required features
-supplies
-cell counting
-methylene blue staining
-and more

Check it out here: Microscope use in brewing

I am new to brewing this year and have already been directed to your wiki in another thread.  Great information!  As a teacher is it always refreshing when people go through the work and time to share their knowledge with others free of charge.  Thanks!

Thanks guys. I meant to write this for a while. Now that I own a microscope for about 2 years I the initial excitement certainly has worn off and was also able to write about what worked and what didn't.
