Need Enameled/Painted bottles
« on: March 11, 2010, 06:55:48 pm »
Every year, I curate this art show. "Design, Drink and Be Merry" is the only art exhibition in the country dedicated specifically to art produced by craft breweries. It's held at the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, which is this giant building of galleries and studios in Reading, PA.

This year, at the opening, our hot glass artists are taking enameled or painted bottles without labels (like those by Stone, Rogue, Speakeasy, Red Stripe, etc), and turning them into glasses to sell as a fundraiser for our educational efforts in Reading. If anyone has empties of those bottles, we'd love to take them off your hands. The deal is that for every case (12 bombers or 24 12 oz), we'll list you as a bottle sponsor, and we'll give you one of the finished mugs hand-blown by a glass artist.

Anyone who's interested can contact me at beer@goggleworks.org.
