Entry Deadline

All entries must be received by our shipping location or at a drop-off location by Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 5:00 PM, MST. Entries will not be accepted beyond this date.

Registration Deadline

Registration will close on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 11:59 PM, MST. Please note: registered users will not be able to add, view, edit, or delete entries on the registration website after  this date.

Entry Fee

$6 per entry.

After registering and inputting entries, all participants must pay their entry fee(s). Accepted payment methods include:

Awards

The awards ceremony will take place following lunch and once judging is completed.

Places will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each subcategory (for example, all 16A entries will be judged against each other). Medals will be awarded for the overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category (for example, all category 16 entries).

Further, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each overall category will advance to the Best of Show (BOS) round with a single, overall Best of Show beer selected. The Best of Show winner will receive a really big trophy and some other prizes.

Additional prizes may be awarded to those winners present at the awards ceremony at the discretion of RHBC.
