Looks nice.  Good price.

But, it won't attach to your tank.  They're selling it as a dual secondary regulator, so you still need a primary regulator coming off the tank.

You might could change the fitting on the far right side of the photo, but you might as well just buy something that does what need and comes ready to go.

I honestly don't think manufacturer matters much as these are pretty basic items.

One triple gauge and one double gauge and they've worked great.

I agree with this recommendation.  I have that exact regulator and it has been great.  My old one needed a screwdriver to set the pressure and I hated it for a really long time.  When the old one finally died, I got this one with the large knob and I was wishing I'd have made the switch years earlier.

I wish I'd have thought of that a decade ago.  That said, the new regulator is much nicer than my old one which didn't perform well at lower (serving) pressure.

What brand

My cheap eBay regulator is a Draught Technologies.  My other regulator is a Taprite Fasco.

Other than one being blue and one grey, the look and operate identically.

I went with a taprite 742. Looked real nice and I love the knob option on the front as opposed to the screw.

I have MicroMatic's offering with the large handwheel. Whatever brand you get, having the large knurled adjustment wheel that doesn't require a screwdriver is always nice, especially if you use it for different things like rapid force carb, or bottling, where you are tweaking the pressure. Other than that they are essentially the same and very simple devices.

If you are going to set it as the main regulator on a kegerator and never move it from your normal serving pressure, any of them will work.

Micromatic is known for quality.  They have two models basic and premium.  I went with the premium mainly because I don't need a screwdriver to change pressure settings. These units are very consistent. I have two of them, a single like the link, and a double, so I can feed two different pressures to two kegs in one kegerator off of one tank.
