As for Sigma products, as far as I know they don't sell to individuals.

Enjoyed the read.
Brewers on both sides of this fence:
More yeast, less oxygen.
Less yeast, more oxygen.
I believe the answer is complex.
There are more than these two adjustable variables significantly involved in the final equation.
