There are for festivals. And some bars trying to be hip use them. Glasses are heavy and expensive to ship, so I assume at least some are made here.  I'm sure they're not calibrated either - probably some guy pours some water in a glass and says - stick it here --->

I need to look at the festival glasses I have. Might measure some of the various ones I have. Can hear the wife - "What are you up to now?".

Last month I decided to clean and sort out my glass cabinet.  I ended up donating a lot of them, mostly the pint-sized straight-sided glasses, to my club for a raffle.  Here's what it looked like before organizing.

Having trouble with photobucket.  Stand by.

I use a standard pint glass or drink it straight from the bottle.

I think I have found the ultimate homebrewer's glass: 1 quart. Chill can in freezer and pour entire 25.36oz in!

This approach will not be suggested to my friend who has an unnatural love of my 24oz glasses. ;)

Right glass, wrong beverage.   8)
