How many tabs would you guys recomend for a Saison going into a 22oz bottle?

Are you using the little white tabs that look like aspirin?
I've always followed the advice they have on the package. I can't recall what it says, though.

1 tab for 12oz, 2 tabs for 22oz is what I have done in the past.

"Carb Tabs" are a Munton's product and are much smaller. You need to use more per bottle, but theoretically this should give you greater control over carbonation.

If I have time tonight, I'll check if I have any notes on how many I used for larger bottles. I want to say 7, but I haven't used these in ages. IME they left a waxy residue floating in the bottles.
