I voted $7. If it was a standard Shaker, would probably be 4 or 5. But if its a nice glass, something that I would want people to see me drinking out of, I think $7 is fair. But remember, Seattle has a higher cost of living than a lot of places. If you filled it with beer, I think $10 or $11 is fair.

Like most people, my pint collection is almost all glasses I picked up for free at brewers nights or such.

I voted $6 but if the glass had a cool design on it you could charge more. It's definitely uncommon to see that size tulip glass so I think you could probably charge more but personally I have so much glassware from pint nights and the few I have purchased that it would have to be really badass to spend any money on it.

Seems like a Guinness glass to me - which I like.  I'd pay $6 for one, but maybe $8 since I know you and that makes it cooler :)  I have way too many glasses though.

Btw, I get questions about 2 mile brewing all of the time when I wear my shirt!

HA.

I would pay $6-8 for a local brewery's glass if it was a nice tulip like you are planning on (support your local brewery!). But most other brewery glasses I just wait until after 'Keep the Glass' night at the Flying Saucer here in KC. If they have any left overs, they sell them for $1 a piece. I've gotten quite a few Belgian glasses, snifters, weird glasses, German brewery glasses, etc from doing just that.

I voted for >8. A lot of times it's $6 or $7 for a pint of beer at the bar and you dont get the glass.

All our everyday drinking glasses are pints of some sort we have collected through buying or being given one. If we like a place's beer, having a pint glass is a good way to remember it, especially if the glass is cool.

Oh I pay for beer glasses.  Everytime I bring one home, the wife gets on me about another glass.   ;D

I love the glass from NHC2012...I hope Philly has something similar.

I voted for $5 for the shaker glass style.  Anything above that, I rather save the money for the beer and use the glasses I have.

Thanks for all the votes and comments so far. I'm actually pretty surprised; I was expecting something like a Bell curve.

I guess the decision is whether to stick with something less common and lose some customers, or go with a glass we could sell for $4-5 (i.e. shaker pints).

I originally voted for $5, thinking that you meant a Shaker type pint glass.  I would pay more for a tulip glass ($7-8).
