regarding the hop additions of the beer i'm brewing sunday....  i can't seem to find the thread on here about doing mostly late hop additions...

is starting at 30 to late in the boil?

you mean no bittering charge at all?

When I am late hopping a brew I put some FWH and/or a small 60 minute and then load up at 10, 5, 0, and DH

i can't remember where i read it, but yes, it seems all the hops were added at 30 and later. 

maybe i better get back in beersmith and make some adjustments.

From my experience, WY1450 is a bit slow (okay, very slow) during it's first generation. I've had IPAs in the primary for six weeks while using a first generation strain. After that first gen though, it picks up a bit.

i took the gravity of my dipa today.  it would be second generation.  seven days since i brewed and it's at 1.021.  OG was 1.080.
