Thanks for the advice. I have only brewed one pale ale before. It was my first all grain back in July. I used a pound of each 20L and 40L in that. it was decent. My plan is to brew three in a weekend in March. I want them to all have the same grain bill, so I can just play around with some hops. I plan on doing this recipe, a single hopped Citra, and maybe a 4 C's blend of centennial, cascade, chinook and Columbus. So what I might do is just kick the 40L down to a half a pound.
