Tonight we have an event called "Try This!" which is a volunteer-based beer and food pairing.  I'm making Chicken and Waffles, both made with some Maibock, and spicy bourbon maple syrup and serving it with my homebrewed maibock.
Saturday judging the final rounds of the Best Florida Beer Championships.  Over 700 entries this year, all from Florida homebrewers.

I'm brewing my 3rd batch of the Saison I'm working on.  I'm adding 2 new additions:  Corriander Seed and Belgian Candy Sugar.
