Official State Microbe of Oregon
« on: February 22, 2013, 07:45:57 pm »
Haha, nice! The legislative deadline to submit proposed bills yesterday resulted in a measure aimed to name brewers yeast the official state microbe of Oregon.

"Rep. Mark Johnson, R-Hood River, introduced House Concurrent Resolution 12, which would designate brewer's yeast the state microbe."
