Nothing this weekend.  I've got a Rye IPA and a doppelbock fermenting now.  This Thur. I'll start some yeast for a dubbel or tripel I'll brew next week.

you are definitely a high octane brewer!

It's funny that I have all these relatively big beers going or planned.  I've been trending toward lower ABV the last couple years due to health problems.  But I'm feeling pretty good these days and for some reason all these just sounded good.  The real up side is that I drink big beers a lot more sparingly than I used to, so they last a long time.  I just kicked a keg of a Rochefort 10 clone that had been around for 6 months.

I'm making a red ale and a wheat tomorrow.

I need to burn one more day of PTO from last year or lose it.  Perfect reason to brew.

If I feel like it after brewing I may start breaking down the wood for my bottle case project.  I have a new dove tail jig to play with and a few old card board boxes that are falling apart.  8^)

This will be my first weekend to brew in 4 months.  Tomorrow I'll do an all Cascade Rye IPA, Sunday my brewing student and I will do a couple of wheat beers.
