I have the .5 More Beer with the flare fitting.  Store the stone in sanitizer when not in use.  Attach it to a short piece of tubing and about 2 ft of old racking cane for stability.

I aerate for 60 seconds for a normal brew and 90 seconds for a high gravity brew.  Yes, I move the stone around as I go.
