What is your favorite music to listen to while homebrewing?

+1 but I always end out listening to some sort of jazz.

I listen to Pandora, usually set to singer/songwriter station and play along with my uke or guitar once everything is set during the mash, sparge and boil.

Same here.  I've spent most of my life playing and writing music.  Unfortunately, at this point when I listen to music is just reminds me of work....

Depends on how I feel/what I am brewing:

For IPAs and big aggressive beers:
Pantera, Pre-Black album Metallica, Alice In Chains, AC/DC, Danzig, etc.

If I am feeling more laid back and enjoying the process:
Jack Johnson, O.A.R, Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, acoustic albums, Bob Marley
