Just found this forum or I would have posted a long time ago, but below is my "BrewFlex" that I built out of an underutilized SoloFlex a few years back. It has 15.5 gallon Bayou Classic pots, electric HERMS, jet burners for the HLT and BK.
I'm looking for insipration on my next generation because it is time to go bigger. (The BrewFlex is currently
