Oh wow. Yeah I have never done a beer over around 80 IBUs so I can't really related.

After 6 days in the bottle I popped the top on one of these bad boys. I must say it is very tasty. I have decided I like Columbus hops and am very glad I have another half a pound of them. The flavor was just right. As far as hop forwardness I would say it about the same as a New Belgium Ranger. Of course it tastes different because it is almost single hopped with Columbus. Now I wish I would have used them for dry hopping too. Though I doubt I can taste the Cascades I dry hopped with.

Now I have 3 oz of Simcoe. I am considering using them to single hop a white wheat.
