just got a bunch of stuff to make a nice brew station.  including 3 piece ball valve to convert my keg to a stationary boiling pot, march pump and blichmann therminater.  but can i plump everything up with pvc and glue it all up.  im no budgeted for stainless.  allso i i need a stem to go to the bottom of my keg to my new valve which i would like to mount as high up on the bottom of the keg as possible.

You should at least go with Thermoplastic Tubing like this:

Yeah, normal PVC is only rated to 150 degrees, so if boiling hot wort's going through it, I foresee bad stuff and bad flavors happening. I've seen copper tubing used quite often, and that's probably the direction I'll go.

copper i guess is an option.  but everything ive seen i cant spot any sauter on the connections.  i dunno maybe im seeing things.  i could def do copper if thats ok for quality.

Copper is good for heat transfer so you need to consider heat loss (or at least adjust for it).
