Klickitat Jim

Jim from Klickitat,  hence Klickitat Jim.
50 this year. Dad used to brew and make wine when I was a pup. Always wanted to carry on the tradition and finally started this past fall. Started with a partial mash stout kit from more beer. Switched to all grain a couple months ago. Just quit bottling after building my own two tap kegger. I brew on a Camp Chef Explorer in my bike shop. Ferment in Cambro buckets in a 14cf freezer with a two stage Ranco.
Just started lagering, today actually. Brewing a Bohemian and a Merican.
Worst brew incident was last night. Never cook hot dogs while bottling,  especially in a pan identical to your priming sugar!
Best advice is to ask questions,  don't get hung up on snarky answers, listen to the good advice.
I've learned there are 3 types of brewers. 1 brew science 2 brew snob 3 brew fun. Each has a sub set of gear buyers and DIY types. I am striving to be an appropriate blend of all of those.

The instructions for fixing it are...
Start a new batch
Open you best brew and take a sip
Then dump out 48 bottles of weiner-abbey quad-dog and order two more ball lock kegs to ensure you limit your sugar boiling-  wiener boiling issues

There's something about the phrase "weiner-abbey quad-dog" that makes me giggle...
