Brewing a doppelbock right now. I won't drink it until the fall, which is not doppelbock season, but it will make for a nice cool weather brew.

Lets see, this week I brewed a hefeweizen, a best bitter, an altbier and a bock.  I bottled two IPAs, a Berlinner weisse, an American lager anda a Vienna lager.  I have another American lager I need to bottle, and my friend and I are going to keg 15gal of Cali common on Sunday.  I'm catching up on my brewing after workng a lot of overtime in feb.  Focused on lagers while the basement was nice and cool.

Amber ale. First time brewing this style so it should be fun. A nice spring beer reminiscent of fall.
Beer is like music. I don't have a favorite. I'll take a well-made example of any style!

Knocked out a batch of Ruination from Mitch Steele's IPA and my all Galaxy IPA this week. Had to dust off the equipment, been way too long. Feels good man.

Sorry if I'm going off-topic but -- I'm not brewing this weekend, but with the party season starting up, I took advantage of being in south central Washington yesterday and bought 7 pounds of asparagus from a roadside stand picked that morning, and so today canned 9 pints of pickled asparagus and 5 pints of pickled green beans.  I do love those pickles!

Tomorrow it's carboy deep cleaning and sanitizing (10 of them), and maybe design a carboy storage rack, or just research buying some metal shelving to save time and labor.  I recently finished some wine blending and bottling that left a bunch of empty carboys.

I also am looking forward to re-working a citra ipa or apa recipe, since I'm anxious to try some 2012 crop citra hops.

Brewed a dry stout today.

I'm bottling some beer off some yeast experiments today or tomorrow. I need to break down the mason jars of washed yeast into vials to go into the freezer this weekend. I need to get some other stuff done this week so I might brew some more beer next week.
