Just "research" with a colleague at SF's City Beer Store while my Janet's Brown Ale ferments away.

Kegging my Blonde on Saturday, need to cold crash starting tonight. Hoping to brew my first AG on Sunday using BIAB, still figuring out the style.
I'm only here for the beer....

I'm envious.  I'm working for the next 19 days so it'll be a while before I can brew again.

Blessed with work Denny?  Sounds a bit grueling.

Are you on-set?  19 days is a long time, especially not to brew!

Making Nut Brown Ale II with my buddy and the last vial of 037 I could find.  Starter is in the fridge already.

I'm hoping to brew a Munich Dunkel on Saturday - got the starter on the stirplate now.

I don't brew a lot of lagers so I'm looking forward to it.

Yep, same here in KC. We've been judging smaller categories since Monday.
