154° mash
175° sparge

1.5oz Centennial FWH
1.5oz Cascade 15 min

Going to dry hop 2oz cascade 4 days in the keg

Learning that simple is good

Just finished a low gravity (for me!) all late hopped APA.  My second run at the recipe with minor variations from the first time.  Trying to dial it in.

Cool Denny. Of course the fun is never being done dialing lol

I'm currently working on a house IPA, APA, Red, and Blonde. Round one APA and blonde are on tap. Round two IPA and round one Red are in the fermentor.

I'm running four iterations of each and then shipping you a sample of the final on each for freeby feedback. Then final tweaks. The dream is to submit the best two next winter in the show.

Fun times

Looks very similar to my house pale ale. Should be good.

Seems like an APA kinda mood around here. I brewed 11 gallons of APA last weekend. It's fermenting nicely in swamp coolers as I type.

I used Columbus and Warrior for bittering, then Columbus, Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo for finishing. The dry hop will be the same varieties used at finishing.

Smell delicious out of the airlocks!
