WOW I didnt ruin this beer!! I thought for sure with everything I did to it it would be ruined.. But it actually came out pretty good! It was a pretty standard Amber I added 1lb of Clover Honey, and at flame out 1/4 cup of loose Chai Tea... Left all the hops and tea in there for the 2 weeks of fermentation and then I added another 1/2 lb of Honey and 1 cup of Raw sugar for a second fermentation. 2 weeks later dry hopped it with 1 oz whole leaf Fuggles for another 3 weeks.. I bottled it with light brown sugar.

I suck at describing beer flavors so I cant say anything other than its odd but in a good way!

Is the tea detectable in the final product?
On Tap/Bottled: IPL, Adjunct Vienna, Golden Stout, Honey Lager
Fermenting: IPA
Up Next: mexi lager, Germerican pale ale

It is, I would say its there and not overwhelming.. The honey is the big flavor. its pretty sweet actually.. hops on the nose but not much in bittering at all, which is what I was going for..
