I am bored and wish to be entertained
« on: March 02, 2010, 07:50:01 pm »
Tell me your party trick - Name one thing you can do that is entertaining or out of the ordinary, like inhaling a dog tag chain through your nose and pulling it out through your mouth, or opening beer bottles with a fish knife.

I'll go first. I sing surprisingly good acapella renditions of old Irish drinking songs. Plus, I can touch your nose with my tongue. Which may not seem like much of a feat unless you're 3 sheets to the wind and didn't quite process what I said until after you've made the bet.

I routinely use a regular butane lighter as a bottle opener.  Doesn't seem very entertaining to me but it seems to generate awe in the masses.

Hmmm, butane lighter... reminds me of an old high school party trick.  Hold that lighter up to a, er, certain part of the anatomy and let her rip and shoot out a foot long flame

I always used to use brick windowsills, but there aren't many of those around here.  :-[

Never have understood why people couldn't figure that one out. Easy to do but you can drop jaws.

I'm only 5' 8" tall but can kick over a 6' 2" persons head. Always seems to surprise someone when they find your foot an inch away from their face.

I used to be able to spit out a good 15' from between the gap in my front teeth, but I got that fixed. Oh well.

Hell, I only need a cup of coffee for that. I love Sinatra.

In the days when I was playing in bands, I once cleared an entire bar full of drunks by singing one verse of "Mustang Sally"!  Yes, I'm that bad....

Useful to know if we ever have too rowdy a crowd at club night or pro brewer's night.
