I grew up in Aberdeen.  I wouldn't move back for a case of Pliney.

What a douche.

Great way to invite a friend into the craft beer community: acting like you're better than his beer of choice (and gift to you).

Give this guy a kick in the ass.

What is he supposed to do with the beer if he doesn't want it? It would be a waste to throw it away when someone else might like it.

He's probably just a Bud Light drinker who thinks that the PBR is too heavy for his tastes.

In only drink Busch (preferably camo cans) before 10am ... or coffee stout.

PBR was the preferred brand of commercial brew of our club president and founder.  Sadly, he passed away several years ago.  In his honor someone brings a can of PBR to our club meetings every month.
What's the worst that could happen?  Beer?

I like PBR.  Too many young hipsters are drinking it now, though, so the price has risen slightly in my area.  Still pretty respectable for a macro IMO.

I always thought PBR was pretty good for what it is.  No problem drinking a toast to a fallen beer comrade, whatever his poison.
