I didn't know specifically who coined it, but I did know it was someone who was much smarter than I.

Racked into 2nd ferm today...smells great...no signs of off favors...just hoppy and citrusy
It's a little cloudy, but if that's the only thing wrong, I'll be smile'n in two weeks

Bottled...used a little more than 1/2 cup of corn sugar...flip tops...still tastes good.
I'll report again in ~10 days.

Final update...turned out great!
Good head retention, citrusy, hoppy, no aftertaste...a model APA!  I know I was suppose to wait 10 days to try, but I couldn't resist.
