I am a homebrewer / cabinetmaker / real estate investor  looking for a person or group to open a brewpub in Pottsville Pa. Home of Yuengling beer. There are 60 to 70 thousand people per year visit there. There are  local bars but NO brewpubs. My building is in the center of town on the main street(center st). It is now in the process of being restored.There is 1500 sq ft on the street level with a  cement floor and 10 foot ceilings .There is a full cement basement 9 feet tall.
