Rouge has a Bacon maple beer.

The reviews I've read about it say it's expensive and almost undrinkable.

I make a bacon beer called "Kevin Bacon Porter". After a drink of this, you'll be saying "thank you sir, may I have another".

They served it at the dinner at NHC last year. So the price was right, but yeah... undrinkable is the word.

Beer is like porn. You can buy it, but it's more fun to make your own.

For a Beer Breakfast a few years ago, Sun King made a bacon chocolate Doppelbock.

They had a local chef infuse rendered bacon into chocolate (which is something I must learn).

Very subtle. VERY, VERY delicious. And great head retention to boot.
