No brewing.  Kegged my tripel.  Yard work and gutters followed by smoked ribs, brats and a cigar.

Rinsed some quinoa and started soaking it for malting purposes. No other brewing activities here. I was sick as a dog all day yesterday so today has been a slow one for me.

Not brewing today as we just returned from our camping trip up in Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park.  Great weekend with my wife and daughter.  Back to brewing next weekend!

Actually, I brewed 10 gallons of Saison on Saturday. On Father's Day, I bottled my second round entries for the NHC (to be hand delivered today :) ), along with some grillin' and chillin' with a Brett Saison and some Witbier.

Both of which are very tasty indeed.  Good luck, Ron!

I brewed my Dormunder Export / Belgian Bonde. 10 gallon mash and boil then split into 2 fermentors, added 1.5 lbs of sugar to the Blonde, and pitched different yeast into each one. Both are burbling away right now.

Anyone spending the day brewing?

I'm doing a Fathers D' APA. MO and 2row base,  Vienna Munich and crystal 15 steeping, Simcoe and cascade hops. Pretty basic but a great way to spend the day.

Did up a Cherry Wheat .... mmmm the good stuff.
