Some sort of Pale ale or Bitter. I want this one to be lighter- around the 10 SRM range. Have access to RO water now so sub-20 beers are possible now.

Fawcett & Sons Golden Promise for base malt. Maybe some 10L and a touch of 60L. Maybe...

Have Fuggles, Goldings and N. Brewer. Hmmm...

IIPA on Saturday or Sunday.  Yum.  How long should one age a IIPA?  It's going to be around 8% I think, maybe a little more and about 86 IBU's.  I'm thinking it doesn't need too much aging since you want the hop aroma to be fresh.

Guys, I don't know when this hefeweizen is going to get done.  I'm in Miami now and most likely will be next week too.  Way too much going on right now for brewing. :(

LOL I Love that episode!  Maybe I'll give the IIPA a couple more weeks than I normally would a regular strength beer.  Or I'll give it the same time, but just condition it for longer than I normally do in the keg.
