Those artsy types are sure creative - very cool.  After the party, post pics of some of the folks, if you can!

so, the executive producer calls me at 6:00 last night and says....."jason, i know the beer is not ready, but we are shooting the bar scene tomorrow after lunch" (they were going to use the beer as a prop, and then they weren't.  last night, they realized they were wanting to use it) "and i need a six pack of something with some fizz that looks like beer and i need it tomorrow at lunch time.  can you make this happen?"

of course i can make this happen......

so, we don't get many, and this is the only one we get in a plain brown bottle.  a commercial black ipa, re-labeled for the movie.

and suddenly, the beer is back in the film!

This is very cool! Congratulations. Are they going to mention you in the credits? " Gaffer - Some Guy, Key Grip - Joe Blow, Brewmaster - Deepsouth"

Congrats DS - this is really cool!

Bottlemark can get you some custom caps within a week or two for the rest of the bottles - cool to have the silhouette of the hanging guy on a red cap.

the executive producers tells me that my name will be in the credits.  that would be pretty awesome if that happened.

also, i was able to track down a copy of the book the movie was based on, so i'm hoping i can get that autographed by the author, who is down here for the shooting.
