all grain pumpkin ale recipe

hey everyone, i am looking for an all grain pumpkin ale recipe that will be ready to drink in late october. i am seeing many out there. most have 6 months of age time. any insite.

I like Jamil's recipe from Brewing Classic Styles...definitely not 6 month aging time.

I also use real pumpkin and double bake it before adding it to the mash.

+1, no aging really needed.  I brew mine end of August/ beginning of Sept. and its ready early Oct.  I'll brew it every 2-3 weeks throughout fall/winter because it goes fast!

Check out this one. It's one of Charlie P's recipes and it gives the option for a darker brew. And how can you pass up a recipe where the first direction is to "Chill some homebrew the day before so that it's ready to enjoy on brew day"?

I really like the darker pumpkin beers... A lot of the flavors I think depend on spicing and not the actual pumpkin, but that's all part of the pumpkin beer game. A local brewpub makes a pumpkin stout and it is one of my favorite pumpkin beers.
