Yeast Geek Green Mountain Ale

never heard of it. also can't find a single thing about 'Yeast Geek' on the interwebs. Where are they out of?

Not affiliated- hence the question.  Just looking around this weekend an found these guys and East Coast Yeast.  I assume most of the strains are available already but always nice to see more competition

Yeah I have never heard of them either. I'm curious where they are sourcing yeast. Could be the same source as ECY, could be from bottle harvested yeast, could be from one of the typical brewing banks. When I read the description of that yeast the first thing that came to mind is the Conan yeast but I have no idea whether that is accurate.

Conan is what came to mind for me but I was hoping to hear someone else's experience before pulling the trigger.  Kind of a cs approach but hey with shipping it would cost $13.50 for me to experiment- see also "tightwad"
