That's how I got a spare a couple years ago for $35.  Like new, too.  I had no idea how expensive they were at Home Despot.

grilled red snapper (leftover from last night)
seafood stock
tomatoes
yellow onion
green onion
celery
garlic
red, yellow, & orange bell pepper
salt
pepper
cayenne pepper
red pepper flakes
paprika
old bay seasoning
hot sauce

i'm going to serve it over rice tonight......

Looks like Etouffe to me and it looks delicious!  I've probably made about 300 etouffe dishes and I don't think I've made any of those exactly the same.  Same w/ jambalaya and chili!
