Yep, we learned that at Beer Camp.  Their recycling/composting system is impressive, too.

Yep. The largest privately owned solar panel array (among the other green sources) isn't talking the talk, it's walking it.  A couple more reasons to be impressed  :  1/ Celebration Ale      2/ Estate Ale - damn is that a good one when it's fresh.

A more correct way to say that would be over 90% of their power demand is supplied by on-site fuel cell and solar power generation.

(sorry, over 15 years in the power generation business has given me OCD about that stuff,  The Mr. Monk of the power industry, as it were)   ::)

I'm with you though, they definetly walk the walk, and brew the brew! Well over half of my beer budget is spent on SN beers.  Personally, Ruthless Rye is my fav.

+1 to ruthless too.  Zymurgy Jul/Aug '12 issue has a great clone recipe I made that was excellent.

Finally got my hands on some canned condition SNPA. Damn, forgot how good and simple that beer is. Better out of the can even? Definitely the perfect pale ale in a can. Smacks Dale's in the dirt.

+2... Dale's is pushing toward IPA-ness, IMHO

+3!  Dale's is good, but it's seems that its on that APA-IPA edge.

I think it should be called Not-So-Ruthless.  There's just not enough rye there!

True, but the Narwhal label is my hands down favorite label! (Not to mention an awesomely delicious imperial stout!).

Ruthlessly rye enough, or not, it is my favorite SN beer.
