Hello everyone,
I have a recipe that I am trying to make again, but Southern Cross is all but impossible to find anymore. Does anyone know of a good substitute?
Thanks,
John

FWIW, I've never used Southern Cross but its description as lemony/piney sounds like it may have a profile similar to Sorachi Ace.

Thanks BBoy. I will give it a try. From what I could find about it, is that it is a lemony Japanese hop. Who knows, it may turn out even better!
