look at it this way, at that scale he only gets to brew three times a year! ::)
Depends on how many beer drinking friends you have (and I have alot) so up that to 6 times a year. 8) and if I want to brew a 12% stout I can brew 8 to 10 times a year at 20 to 25 gal a batch.

So I have used this system twice now, and with a few little problems each time it still didnt screw with my efficiency at all, I did 80% and 82% respectively. Im happy, next I will attempt 25 gallons of imperial Stout
almost 100 Lbs of grain and an OG of 1.115. cross your fingers, (ok ill cross mine)!!
