Hey guys, first post on here so please bear with me
.....I recently got back into brewing and have always done only extract batches (soon to change to AG!) Trying to get back into the groove, I hastily ordered some kits, one of them a Stella Clone w/wlp-029 liquid yeast.....Unfortunately, it got too warm during shipping and I was unable to revive it making a starter. The question is: I only have some washed Safbrew WB-06 on hand from a Belgian Wit I recently brewed and living in Hawaii, I don't have easy access to new yeast and would like to brew is weekend. Any idea what a Stella clone using WB-06 might taste like? I was planning to make a starter today. Thanks in advance!
