Don't worry, they get through that phase. It will seem like no time and you'll spend your free time wondering what they are doing with their free time at college. Enjoy them while they're small. As they get older, encourage them give their opinions on every subject. Kids have completely different ways of looking at things and they constantly amaze me. One of my hobbies is gushing about how interesting and fun raising kids can be. Paul
In no particular order: cooking, bbq, gardening, canning, my musical hobby (bassist) went to wayside due to the brewery startup. I can't forget the AHA Governing Committee!I also try to spend time with my wife and two dogs, amongst all of the aforementioned hobbies. Although most of my time these days is spent on building my dream. http://smokestacklightningbrewing.com/

Thanks gentlemen!I've always wanted to make cheese, bought the book, discussed it but never pulled the trigger. Perhaps I can just buy good quality cheese and enyoy it. I love good quality artisan cheeses.

I have source for fresh, raw milk (my brother-in-law drives a milk truck) but I haven't tried making cheese yet. It looks very interesting and I love cheese. I just need to find more time for still one more hobby. 8^)It wouldn't hurt to find a cave either but that probably isn't happening.Paul
