Conan yeast
« on: September 19, 2013, 01:20:36 pm »
Just kegged a apa i did with conan yeast, still looks like ditch water after 5 days in the keg. First time using conan. I know Headdy topper is an ugly beer, not sure if that's due to yeast or the amout of hops that they add to the beer.

I think heady topper is cloudy just from the amount of hops they use and the lack of filtering.  I've used some conan that I harvested and the beer didn't come out any cloudier than my others.  Mine are all usually cloudy.

not sure if that helps, but that has been my experience.
