There's probably a pound of bacon in there. I'll probably do this from now on when I smoke my chickens. The breast meat was unbelievably moist.

Just straight up stuffed in there?  No onion?

I've been doing orange/mango chicken on the smoker and it's been awesome.  I could see some bacon going with that.

Bacon, some rosemary, bay leaves and garlic. No onion.

+1.  I see that going in my smoker soon, like maybe this weekend.

Try this next time: Cold smoke your chicken (raw) and then bread & fry it in cast iron.

I tried to move it once I realized my mistake but couldn't get the new version of TapTalk to pull up the "Other Than Brewing" section. That new TapTalk is so full of bugs I need a mosquito net! One place they have "Forum" Spelled "Fourm"

I took most if the bacon and added it to my turnip greens last night. Ate some. Gave rest to dogs.
