Hi everyone, in case you missed it the gold medal winner of the GABF pro-am was Jeff Gladish for "Poblano", made by Cigar City Brewing.  He's known on the forum as jeffy.

Congratulations Jeff!

Congratulations!

Just saw it in my email about the GABF - congrats to you, Jeff.  The Cigar City guys seem pretty cool (saw the brewery featured on a "Drinking Made Easy" show IIRC

They want me to come down to the brewery tomorrow to participate in Poblano Wit growler sales.  Sounds like fun.  They told me they ran out, but suddenly they found a pallet of sixtels.

Congrats Jeff!

I was really psyched to announce your name as the Gold Medal winner during the GABF awards ceremony!

Cheers!

I'd like to thank Matt, the brewer at Cigar City, for doing the heavy work, my wife for using up a perfectly good weekend prepping peppers, the Academy and of course all the little people who weren't tall enough to go on the ride.
Thanks Gary.  I wish I'd been there to shake your hand.
I just got interviewed for a TV show that'll be on at7PM locally called "The View" I think.

Bravo!  Bravo!

Wow The View!  What I woudn't give to accidentally rub up against Jenny McCarthy.

And yes I know not that View, but I'm still basking in that mental image.

Well, the show is called "The List" on ABC at 7, a local news type show, not The View.
If I'm watching TV at that time it's most likely to be the comedy channel.
Just some "sound bites" is what they said.  No rubbing up against anyone.

Biting, kinky.  Post a link to the excerpt when you find it.  Good luck.

Very short interview and I missed it on TV.  I can't find any record of it.  Probably was only a dream.
