Vienna Lager time again, ramping up the 6 qt starter of WLP940.  Prolly try to get 2-3 iterations
off of this yeast.  Be a good pilsen and victory malt with some czech saaz. base it around 1.050 O.G..

I used 940 in a CAP. It was almost too clean!

I used 940 in a CAP. It was almost too clean!
Think I may ferment at the warmer end of the spectrum...maybe even over the upper suggested
range to see what it does.....this after reading>>>>
